Notice Requirements (Employee)
- Less than 8 days: 24 hours notice
- Between 8 days and 1 month: 48 hours notice
Maximum Probation Periods
- Blue-collar / administrative: 2 months (4 max with renewal)
- Supervisors / technicians: 3 months (6 max)
- Executives: 4 months (8 max)
