Terms of sale

Lettrio uses artificial intelligence to generate letters from the information entered by the customer. A preview is free; the full letter and its watermark-free PDF are unlocked with a one-off payment.

Lettrio also offers optional printing and postal delivery of the letter (standard or registered mail), carried out by a print-and-mail provider.

Generated letters are provided for information only and do not constitute legal advice. The customer is responsible for proofreading them before use or sending.

Prices in euros include French VAT at the applicable rate. Customers outside the European Union may see prices in US dollars or pounds sterling; French VAT is not charged where it is not due.

For reference: full letter €2.99 / $2.99; standard mail €4.99 / $4.99 / £3.99; registered mail €8.99 / $9.99 / £7.99. The price shown on the payment page at the time of the order prevails.

Payments are one-off: no subscription or automatic renewal is taken out.

Payment is made online through Stripe, a secure payment provider. Lettrio never has access to the customer's full card details.

The order is final once payment is confirmed. A receipt is emailed to the address entered at checkout. Business customers can enter their VAT number on the payment page.

The full letter is available immediately after payment is confirmed, on the confirmation page and under “My letters” in the browser used.

For postal delivery, the letter is passed to the print provider after payment. Transit times depend on the postal operator and are indicative only.

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun, nor to a service fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, where the consumer has expressly agreed and waived that right.

By ticking the acceptance box on the payment page, the customer requests immediate performance and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once the letter is made available or postal delivery is triggered.

Separately from the right of withdrawal, if a generated letter does not suit the customer, they can request a refund of the letter price by emailing contact@ghotatechsolutions.com within 14 days of purchase, quoting the email address used at checkout.

Postage fees can no longer be refunded once the letter has been handed to the print provider.

Lettrio is bound by a best-efforts obligation. It cannot be held liable for the information entered by the customer, for the use made of generated letters, or for delays or losses attributable to the postal operator.

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
